Roger is an experienced and dedicated Executive and Personnel Recruitment Consultant with more than 10 years in the industry and is a partner and co-founder of Attract Executive Recruitment.

Prior to this, he accumulated 15 years of international executive experience in larger companies in Administration, Sales, Strategy, Retail & Production working and living in Australasia, Asia and Europe. Holding a BSc in ‘Management Sciences' , his diverse and extensive background also allows Roger to recruit effectively, multi-functionally and across all levels.

Passionate about Human Resources and with a solutions-oriented approach, Roger is a strong advocate of client and candidate ethics and is always striving to "enhance organizations with good people".
